It specifically offers a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (BPsych) which is a 3-year program that focuses on psychology as a major subject throughout, without requiring double majors. To qualify for admission, applicants need at least 27 points on the UNAM scale across five subjects, including a minimum C grade in English at NSSCO level. A combination of NSSCAS and NSSCO subject grades is accepted, and the Mature Age Entry Scheme is available for eligible candidates. For postgraduate studies, the Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology is offered every alternate year. Admission requires a 4-year Bachelor’s degree, BPsych degree, Honours in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or an equivalent Level 8 qualification on the NQA, with a minimum 60% average (C grade) in prior studies. Candidates must complete a selection process, including psychometric assessments and interviews. The program spans two years: the first year focuses on coursework and examinations, while the second involves completing a mini-thesis and an industrial/organizational psychology practicum. 

Triumphant College in Namibia is a private higher education institution dedicated to providing education and professional training in various fields, including industrial psychology. It offers a comprehensive Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology, a 4-year program designed to prepare students for careers in human resources, organizational development, and related fields. To qualify for admission, applicants need 25 points on the Psychology Evaluation Scale, including English, Mathematics, and a science subject, with a minimum D symbol in English at NSSCO level. The program also accommodates mature age entry and recognizes prior learning for candidates with Level 6 qualifications or equivalent. This practical program equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the dynamic world of industrial psychology.
